Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer standard shipping with delivery estimates of 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
• For international orders, shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

• Raven Faye Special FX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages:

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at Ravenfayespecialfx@yahoo.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
